This is a treatise of Sufi advice and reminders. Shaykh Daud al-Fatani seems to have intended it as an accompanying text to Fath al-Mannan.

Authorship

Completed 25 Ramadan 1264 AH [February 5, 1834] by Shaykh Daud b. ‘Abd Allah al-Fatani, [in Mecca].

Manuscripts

The only surviving copy in manuscript form is included with Fath al-Mannan.
