Biographical Details: He lived first at Kampung Bintang, Temerloh. He married the daughter of Khatib Ahmad (who was from that place?). He then went to Kampung Lubuk Kawah, not far from Temerloh. He went on to teach at Pondok Lubuk Kawah from around 1926/7 until 1940 when the Japanese invaded the region. He then moved to Kampung Berhala Gantang, only returning to Kampung Lubuk Kawah in 1955, shortly before his death. He died 2 Muharram 1375/21 Aug 1955.
